Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 bag organic Spinach 

1 pint of organic strawberries

crisp turkey bacon (can omit)

1/4 cup chopped pecans 

Goat cheese crumbled across the top

Fry some turkey bacon if using.  Combine all ingredients an toss with dressing.  Serve. 

Balsamic Vinaigrette 

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2/3 cup extra virign olive oil

1 tsp dijon mustard

2 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp salt

Combine all in a dressing shaker.  Serve.
