Ayurveda is an ancient Indian personalized health system that involves the body's entire physiological structure and function to achieve balance, longevity, and good health in the mind, body, and spirit. According to Ayurvedic beliefs, the mind and body are inextricably connected and have the power to naturally heal and transform each other. Every person is uniquely comprised with a combination of Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. This personal combination is known as their Dosha.
